Khmer traditional home made "Ambok" or "knew in English, Pounded rice" @Sotr Nikom district, Siem Reap province

We can also eat this pounded rice "Ambok" with coconuts water and bananas :) sound so yummy!!!! 

Pounded rice:prepared by dry-flying grains of paddy rice then pounding them to flatten the grain and remove the husks
